Dr. Mushayyada A Nisar

Dr Mushayyada A Nisar is a consultant psychitriast with a vast experience in psychiatric modalities. She completed her MRCPsych and CCT in child and adolesent psychiatry from Yorkshire ( UK) and worked in Hull community CAMHS where she started CAMHS crisis team first time ,which covered psychaitric emergencies for under 18s. Since moving to Pakistan, she participitated in free camps for children and adolescents arranged by YEMIS Rehabilitation team Wah Cant and laid foundations of 7 senses Child development centre there which caters for children with neurodevelopmental dsorders separately.

She has been visiting faculty member of Bahria university for a couple of years and taught BS and MS psychology students. At present, she works as consultant psychiatrist in Shifa International Hospital . She covers general psychiatric clinics, performs Autism and ADHD assessments and teaches medical students. Her research on virtual autism and dyslexia in Pakistan has been published and she is part of more projects to promote awareness about management of children with additional needs.
